Returns & Exchanges

All Ainaz products are handcrafted by expert karigars and undergo rigorous quality checks before being dispatched. As each piece is unique, it may vary slightly from the pictures, celebrating the authentic nature of artisanal craftsmanship.

Returns and Exchanges will only be accepted if:

• The order was damaged in transit.

• The order received was incorrect.

If either of the above conditions is met, you may return the order exactly as you received it—unworn and in its original packaging.

The Process: Once we receive the product back, our team will perform a quality check. Upon passing the inspection, we will replace the item with a new one. In the event that the product is out of stock, we will issue a refund in the form of Store Credit.

Store Credit Validity: Please note that all Store Credits issued by Ainaz are valid for 3 months from the date of issuance.
