Offers and Agreements

All offers made by Ainaz are non-binding and may be revoked at any time, unless Ainaz has stated otherwise in writing.

• Amendments: Any amendments made by Ainaz in writing shall constitute a new offer, automatically revoking the previous one. Conversely, any amendments made by the Customer to an Ainaz offer will be deemed a new offer by the Customer, which Ainaz may accept or reject at its sole discretion.

• Acceptance: Offers will only be deemed accepted by Ainaz if confirmed in writing.

• Separability: All agreements for the delivery of Products shall be treated as separate and distinct agreements.

 Product Specifications and Deviations

The Customer understands and accepts that all samples, colors, drawings, models, figures, dimensions, weights, or any other specifications for Products are estimates only. While Ainaz will use its best efforts to ensure accuracy:

• Color Tones: Small deviations, especially in color tones (due to screen resolution or dye lots), cannot be deemed a Defect of the Product.

• Modifications: Ainaz is entitled at all times to modify price lists, brochures, quotations, and product configurations.

 Prices and Taxes

• Currency: All prices or fees quoted are in INR, unless stated otherwise by Ainaz in writing.

• Exclusions: All prices are exclusive of taxes, duties, levies, or fees imposed by taxing authorities. The Customer is responsible for paying all such charges related to their order, unless a valid resale or exemption certificate is provided for the delivery location.

• Legislative Changes: In the event of changes in law resulting in new, irrecoverable taxes that increase delivery costs, Ainaz is entitled to increase its prices accordingly and retroactively to cover those costs.
